Marian is the founder of Highland Boundary, a regenerative business working to restore biodiversity across Scotland and re-connect people with the lost knowledge, flavours and culture of its wild plants. Marian has rewilded her small farm and produces wild spirits, liqueurs and shortly launching non-alcoholic drinks and cocktail/mocktail syrups. They also carry out scientific research into the medicinal qualities of the wild plants in our ecosystem.
