Jo is the founder of Serenity Loves, an award-winning hair and beauty salon that opened in 2012 and has an onsite supervised creche. Growing year-on-year, Jo now employs 12 members of staff and alongside the hair and beauty offers parties and tutorials.

Jo is also a published author and mentor and supports fellow small business owners through her JVB Mentoring business.
