Heike set up The Hebridean Mustard Company on the Isle of Harris, Scotland and makes eight different artisan mustards from high quality organic ingredients. Her mustard has won national and international awards and reaches palates all over the world – through local sales from a roadside honesty box, selected delis and the web shop and Heike is on a mission to restore mustard to the status it deserves.
