Hadi is the founder of Rays Ice Cream – a premium ice cream business based in Swindon, Wiltshire, founded in 2011 and making ice cream in their purpose-built kitchen using local milk and cream. They had to adapt their business to home deliveries and due to demand, had to recruit and invest in a van to fulfil orders.
