Habiba is the founder of Habiba’s School of Spice – a multi-award-winning Indian cookery school in Cheshire. It was created to build more awareness in fresher cooking, inspire people to understand and cook with spices and, most importantly, to introduce a new world of curry to people. It now has a female-led team of four.
