Emma runs Kintsugi Clothing that creates accessible fashionable womenswear with input from across the disabled community to ensure each piece adds value to this often-ignored demographic. During the pandemic, she created a spinoff brand, K, Babe by Kintsugi, which sells lifestyle products that champion disability inclusion, diversity and equality. Emma also works as a freelance content creator, developing and editing content for several large businesses, and has a part-time job as a senior communications manager at the employment rights charity, the Work Rights Centre.
