Rosie founded The Innovation in Mental Health Project CIC – a social enterprise on a mission to give people the knowledge and skills they need for good mental health. They provide services to families in need of support with their mental health including psychological therapy, hypnobirthing and wellbeing workshops and businesses that wish to enhance the wellbeing of their employees through resources and consultancy.
