Charelle is a marketing training and business mentoring company, working predominantly with women all over the world. As well as this, Charelle runs PropelHer, which supports ambitious women to achieve their goals and also has a monthly book club, Making Good. In 2020, Charelle was named Blogger of the Year by DigitalWomen.

Karen is the founder of Goodness Marketing, helping small businesses with big hearts do marketing that does good, feels good and gets good results. Karen does this through marketing strategy, coaching and training.
