Pipster Solutions is a team led by Pippa providing practical help for winning public sector work in the highways industry, offering versatile and bespoke solutions. The company’s core services focus on public sector bids, mainly in highways and civil engineering, and include consultation, management, coordination, writing, and review. Emma Mills-Sheffield
Emma is a business consultant and strategist who works with numerous organisations on their growth, leadership and strategy through her consultancy, Mindsetup. Emma has also spent many years managing bid teams and running major pursuits and has worked with organisations, large and small, to successfully access funding and compile grant applications. Emma is an inspiring advocate for small business owners and works as a mentor as well as running her own successful small business.
