Daphne runs one of three of largest classical pilates studios in London attracting around 400 clients that are regulars and has taught workshops in Fiji, Hawaii, Sydney, Athens, Kefalonia, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Zurich. Daphne found Classical Pilates after suffering terrible injuries during her theatrical work in the West End of London where she trained as a triple threat (actress, singer, dancer).
