In our second webinar of the series, we were discussing the realities of owning a bricks and mortar business, and joined by three inspiring business women from the #iAlso community: Mandy Errington, Rhiannon Lewis and Olivia Reilly.
Mandy is the founder of DJV, a popular and established fashion boutique in Ipswich selling sought-after fashion brands and niche labels not typical of the high-street. Mandy is also a mentor and trainer and one of her trainees is now the manager of the boutique.
Rhiannon is the founder of Jacobs Boutique xo, offering handmade clothing and accessories for babies, kids and adults as well as embroidery and vinyl printing services both for individuals and businesses including corporate businesses. Rhiannon learnt how to sew, borrowed a sewing machine and spent years watching tutorials, videos, online courses and reading to form what Jacobs Boutique xo is today.
Olivia is the founder of Little Boat Gifts, a small independent gift and bespoke framing shop in Brightlingsea on the Essex coast. They are proud to stock small companies based in the UK who create unusual and good quality products and Olivia also create gifts in house, which allows her to be flexible to her customer’s requirements.
